1. Order Issues and Refunds
If you experience any of the following issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it:
- Incorrect items:You received the wrong food item(s).
- Missing items:You were charged for items that were not included in your order.
- Damaged or spoiled food:Your food was damaged, stale, or spoiled upon arrival.
- Late delivery:Your order arrived significantly later than the estimated delivery time (over 30 minutes).
In such cases, we will review your complaint and provide either a refund or a replacement based on the situation.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details:Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
- Review and Resolution:Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution. If eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
